Is there a free trial? Yes — both Elevate and Supreme start with a 7-day free trial on iOS, Android and the web. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can also explore the whole app in demo mode with sample data before signing up.
What is the difference between Elevate and Supreme? Elevate includes unlimited manual net-worth tracking across gold, property, cash, crypto and investments, all calculators (including Zakat), PDF reports and 50 NovoAI chats a month, plus up to 3 bank connections where open banking is available (US, Canada, APAC). Supreme adds brokerage connections via SnapTrade with in-app orders at supported brokers, 300 NovoAI chats a month, and 4 bank + 2 brokerage connections. In-app orders are not available to residents of GCC countries.
How much does NOVOX cost? Elevate is $7.99/month or $71.88/year (about $5.99 a month). Supreme is $19.99/month or $179.88/year (about $14.99 a month). Both start with a 7-day free trial, and App Store / Google Play prices appear in your local currency.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings — or in the web billing portal if you subscribed on the web. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged; cancel later and you keep paid features until the end of the billing period. Your data stays intact either way.
Can I get a refund? App Store and Google Play subscriptions are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies (Google Play refunds can be requested within 48 hours; after that, contact us). Web subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period; we don't refund partial periods, but we fully refund billing errors, and existing customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
