Yes. NovoAI is opt-in: nothing is sent to our AI providers until you turn on AI data sharing, and you can turn it off anytime. With it on, NovoAI sends only what a task needs — your question with financial context, transactions to categorise, or a statement you upload — to Anthropic and (as a fallback) OpenAI, under contracts that limit its use to providing the service. Your bank password is never shared and we never sell your data.
